For the people who run the day.

ClubsYour summer cup or season opener, with a proper bracket and a page you can share with every parent.

Event organizersSeveral sports and categories in one weekend, all under your name and your own address.

FederationsMany categories, several venues and courts, and scorekeepers who never need an account.

One tournament day, start to finish.

Each step happens in one place, so nobody is copying results from a paper sheet into a spreadsheet at midnight.

  1. Open registration

Set up categories, choose when registration opens and closes, and approve teams as they sign up.

  2. Check teams in

Tick off teams as they arrive. No-shows are known before the first whistle, not after.

  3. Make the draw

Seeded snake, random or by hand. Swap two teams or redo the draw until it is right.

  4. Play

The schedule is laid out by court and time. Scorekeepers enter each result on their phone at the court.

  5. Everyone follows

Standings, tie-breakers and the bracket update after every match, on the public page and the hall screen.

  6. Crown the winner

Final results, the bracket and your news and photos stay online as the record of the day.

Scorekeepers scan a code. That is the whole setup.

Print one QR code per court and tape it to the scorer's table. Whoever is keeping score scans it with their phone and gets that court's matches, with no app to install and no login.

  • One link per court. Scorekeepers only see the matches they are responsible for, and you can withdraw a link at any time.
  • Sets or points, per sport. Volleyball is scored in sets, football in goals, padel in sets with games inside.
  • You stay in control. Results are checked by the server, and you can correct any score from the admin.

Nine formats, chosen per category.

Your U14s can play round robin while the open category plays groups then knockout, in the same tournament. Matches are generated for you.

Round robin

Everyone plays everyone once. The fairest table for small categories.

Double round robin

Everyone plays everyone twice, home and away. Built for leagues.

Groups

Split the field into pools, each with its own standings.

Knockout

Single elimination. Win and you move on, lose and you are out.

Groups, then knockout

Pool play in the morning, the top teams go into a bracket in the afternoon.

Double elimination

Lose once and you drop to the second bracket. Lose twice and you are out.

Swiss

A fixed number of rounds, each pairing teams with the same record. Nobody is knocked out.

Compass draw

Eight teams, everyone plays at least three matches. Popular in tennis and padel.

Best-of series

Best of 3, 5 or 7 between two sides, for playoffs and finals.

Each category also sets its own points for a win, draw or loss, its tie-breakers and its placement matches.

Questions organizers ask.

Do scorekeepers need an account?

No. Each court gets its own link as a QR code. Scorekeepers open it on their phone and only see that court's matches. You can withdraw the link at any time.

Can different categories use different formats?

Yes. Each category has its own format, sport, points for a win, draw or loss, and tie-breakers. One tournament can mix round robin, groups then knockout and a best-of series final.

What do players and parents see?

A public page for the tournament with the schedule, live standings, the bracket and results. It updates as scores come in, so nobody has to refresh a spreadsheet or ask at the desk.

Can I put results on my existing club website?

Yes. The bracket and standings can be embedded on any website, and your organization also gets its own page on a cupora subdomain.

Which languages are supported?

English, German, Italian and Slovenian, for both the organizer admin and the public pages.

Can I connect cupora to other tools?

Yes. There is an API with keys you manage yourself, and webhooks that notify your systems when results change.
